GembaDocs has won Gold for Best Website or App at the 2026 Manufacturing Eagles Awards.
The award recognizes our mobile-first SOP platform, built for the people who actually do the work on the shop floor. Our entry laid out the case simply: most software for manufacturers is built for office workers with desks. We built for operators, supervisors, and quality professionals who don’t have one.
The submission covered what we set out to do since launch in 2021 – replace paper and complex desktop software with a tool operators can use standing at the machine. Features like the Video SOP Generator, voice-to-text, QR-enabled access, and instant translation into 100+ languages all exist because frontline teams asked for them. Today the platform serves around 1,000 organizations across North America and Europe, with customers creating over 200,000 living procedures.
The judges’ comments backed up exactly what we set out to prove:

Gold at the Industry Eagles is a good marker for where we’ve come from. Four years ago, this started with one problem at one facility. Now it’s a platform built by manufacturers, tested on real production lines, and used by teams who create SOPs because it’s fast enough to actually do.
