Use this if you run a multilingual workforce and want every operator working from the same standard work, without a language barrier getting in the way. It also helps with compliance, since you can show that instructions are genuinely understood, not just posted.
Open language options
Go into the advanced options of your SOP and select Language Options. You’ll see your primary language listed here.
Add your additional languages
Search for and select the languages you need to add. You can have up to three languages on a single SOP.
Auto translate and save
Select your languages, click Auto Translate, then save. GembaDocs translates the SOP into each additional language automatically.
